Kopra Coconut flour is produced from the defatted coconut meat. It is delicious, healthy and alternative to wheat flour. It is a fine 100% pure flour, Gluten free, rich in dietary fibre and antioxidants, low in digestible carbohydrate and good source of protein. Kopra Coconut flour can be used to make breads, cakes, pies and other baked goods. Also makes a delicious coating for chicken or fish. It is ideal for those who follow a low –crab eating plan.
